Thank you, iHerb! Evening primrose has really helped restore my hair from diffuse alopecia. I've tried many things with no results, but after two months using a complex of ingredients including evening primrose, I see new strong hairs growing in areas that hadn't produced any for a long time. Helps alleviate my symptoms from endometriosis and PMS. This is my second bottle, and I will continue using it as I've found it very effective. I take it for 1-2 weeks each month, in the morning with breakfast; taking it on an empty stomach caused nausea. Great value.

The Super Primula capsules are quite large but easy to swallow. I take one daily during lunch. After starting these capsules, my menstrual cycle issues improved, and my PMS became less pronounced. I hope it will eventually disappear altogether.

I have been taking evening primrose oil for over a year alongside Vitex and multi-vitamins. I noticed a shine in my skin and a decrease in acne. Initially, I thought the effect on my PMS was minimal, but after stopping, my symptoms worsened. Once I resumed, I experienced a significant improvement, with some months passing without distressing symptoms.
